Tidal surge crazy croaker

Picked up a tidal surge crazy croaker yesterday. Cool looking lure but I have no idea how to work it. Anybody fished these and can offer advice? Thanks.

Work it like a jig but slower. I like to keep them moving foreward. Small twitches not big jerking motion. It seems to work good for me. I am sure there are many techniques but this is what I like.
