My1st personal Hunting and fishing partner

Yes this is one thread that maybe difficult to complete. I'll try to keep it short. My father a descendant of true Bayou swamps (BayouChene).Went to school by boat. Then after military service Returned Laf.La. To complete collegeThen known as Southwestern Univ. Graduated and started working in Lake Charles office of Federal IRS. Retired after 31years of service. He then opened his own independent CPAfirm had many titles As an Enrolled agent and was at sometime appointed Chairman the board of directors. Now what I remember most was his love of outdoors. He taught me many aspect's of living off the land and that hard work should be rewarded.I've lived by this and will continue as long as possible. In closing he 's gone in body but my memories will alway's remain.Thank u Dad!!!!!

That's right Will"E"......no matter what happens you can never have anyone take a memory from you.

Did your father recently pass or were you just sharing your memories?

Either way, I'm sorry for his passing and thank you for sharing your memories....

Great read Brother! Very sorry for your loss, I could not come close to imagining how you feel. My father has done the same for me as yours has for you.

My deepest condolences, it is always hard to lose someone close. I have not lost my father yet but I know it will be one of the hardest days of my life, one thing we have to remember though is that they will always be with us looking down from a place much better than here!
Prayers for you and your family

Will"E"Fish 07-28-2012 09:25 PM

Thanks for the condolences.

Kade! I'D like to think that All his long life friends that went before him welcomed him with a cupof coffee and brought him up to speed .Iknow he's not suffering anymore.
