These are waterproof L.E.D lights. They are sealed in flexible silicone. I got tired of my little rinky dink "D" battery operated bow light so I picked these up. Will get a better picture tonight when its dark. I still have to get some waterproof silicone to glue them in place.

Seen these on a yak and it was sweet, guy even had some green below water for night fishing and to make his boat more visible in the dark..... gonna have to get me some

Keywest18 08-10-2012 06:24 PM

I wouldnt mind them under the boat but I dont think they're bright enough to attract fish

That looks sweet in the dark, put them on a boom and I bet you could freak some guys out making them think a barge was coming

BUT , not as funny as him doing figure eights in RE verse around a yakker . ;)

The way they are mounted it looks like they could break easily when you pull up to a dock?????

Keywest18 08-11-2012 05:48 AM

In the second picture theyre not pushed in all the way. Theyre not exactly "flush" but they dont stick out too bad. I never go into a dock nose first anyways. I always tie up from the side. I dont think they would break. Theyre sealed in a "flexible" silicone. Plus I have them far enough apart they wont hit my winch post when loading on the trailer.

Marshrat 08-11-2012 07:53 PM

Where did you buy them?
