This was in a pack of hooks I bought. Still trying figure what would be the best knot to use.

Hey, Someone bent the eye on your worm hook???
Same knot as you tie any other time will be fine.

I read about those and heard the hook up ratio is much higher

I tie a Palomar on anything thats not topwater...

Kinda looks like a 'skip-gap' hook. Gamakatsu makes one similar to that for tube baits. Attachment 38897
