Dularge Specks & Reds on Fire 9-11-12
 

Larry and Robin Sykes from Mississippi joined me on the big Bluewave today. What a day to be Down in Dularge!!! Good as it gets today busting up the specks and the reds. What more could you ask for?? We started our morning out looking for trout, and it didn't take long to find them. Made a few moves until we hit the motherload. Power pole down and fish in every cast. We had some white trout mixed in but what a blast reeling trout in one after another. When the bite tapered out it was off to the red fish honey hole. It was fish on again as we had double and even a few triple hook ups. Not a problem catching a limit of reds in Sept as its easy as it gets. Double rigged Avocado Matrix Shad, Coco Pepper Cocodrie Cocahoes, and Glow/Chart Cocodrie Cocahoes did the trick on the trout, and the famous cracked crab tore up the reds as they always do this month. Don't be fooled......check it out. We are catching the reds on cracked crab. End of August through the second week of October the reds stack up and cant resist cracked crab. Easy as it gets.
