9/22 teal report

Made a trip this morning with three of my coworkers down to our club on the Texas coast. We hunted a pond that was so full of widgeon grass that our decoys would hardly float. My buddies and I estimated that 500 to 600 birds worked by us this morning. We had our four man limit in 12 minutes and stayed for another 15 just to check out the area since we had never hunted it. We had at least 40 ducks land in the decoys during this time. This club is very well managed, those of you that are in Texas looking for a club for next year pm me if you want more information.
