reefs outside the pass

I'm taking a friend fishing in the bay on friday and i was wondering if anyone knows if people are still catching at the reefs around marsh island? I usually fish the inside with my little express and i only take our bigger boat to the pass but don't get out that way much.

If thnings stay calm and the water clarity improves there should be no need to travel that far. The trout are in the bay but you gonna have to fight the crowds. Top water bite was on at T Butte before the front came through. Fish were also caught on Diamond but with live bait at the same time last week.

Yeah thats my thing...the crowds. On friday, saturday, or sundays when the bite is on, i like to go to the pass. less boats
