It's about 45 minutes from Lafayette and 6 miles north of Ville Platte. It's on private land but open to the public to fish for a small launch fee. It's one of 3 small lakes on the property, which is closed during duck season,I grew up hunting and fishing here.Beautiful cypress and tuplo trees and averages about 10ft at full stage.
