10/16/12 Finally back on the water!

After 35 days offshore had to get back on the lake aft5er reading all th reports especially inchspinners daily smacking of those fish drove me crazy. First of all got to meet fuze13 on Monday to pick up some duce rods and got to talking and told me where lake charles tackle was talk about make a wife get mad when she checks the online bankin lol. I finally got to fish with these yellowmouth jig heads these things r awesome hook sets r on the money compared to other leadheads. Well back to fishing day me and a buddy we ended the day with 8 reds and 20+ trout and 1 5lb + flounder awesome day. 90% of fish caught under birds. From the north 210 bridge to south to the old jetties. Bigger fish look to big moving in with the mix of the schooling fish, but they r moving shallow to deep then back to shallow (cruising) is what I call it so don't give up with the fish! Hopefully it will help some. Sorry to ramble on but it was exciting to get on the water today and meet new people with the helpf of this sight!
