Cleaning and lubricating a spinning reel

Hey guys,

I am looking for a good video or website to teach me how to clean and lubricate my spinning reel. I am mostly interested in which grease and oil to use.

Look at spinning reel part 1 and part 2 in reel talk pretty good tutorial on spinning reels.

lubricants I would take with a grain of salt.
You can get Quantum hot sauce or one over the counter at local store.
They are great lubricants but unless you can spread it over alot of reel its not cost effective.
