Well after taking the day off to spend Thanksgiving with family and friends we were back to whacking the trout today. Leaving out of The Reel Inn Lodge today with me were Molen Ursin and crew from New Orleans. Not much going on today as the bite was slower than the past 7 days. We caught fish at every single stop, just never found the fish schooled up. With the rising water temps it seems the trout have scattered. No problem, as persistence paid off once again. We kept pounding and pounding and ended up putting a solid box together considering the bite. The one school of fish we found and were Catching every cast were all 11 inch fish :( Anyways it was Great day with lots of laughs and jokes. Good group of guys and I enjoyed their company. High Life Tackle Swimmer Jrs tightlined and Matrix Shad Tiger baits under a cork is getting job done everyday in Dularge. Thanks again guys.
