Guided Combo With Lodging?

Looking to take some customers on a duck/goose combo hunt in January, who's my best bet to book with? We need lodging for 6 the night before too. They are all marsh hunters and want some speck action in the fields...

Was looking into CajunHunt.com out of Duson, anyone have experience there?

Hey give LaCroix's in Klondike a call. The lodge is on the property you hunt. No riding 30 min in a truck to the hunt area. You take a short 4wheeler ride to the blinds. I guide there part time and have been hunting there for the past 12 yrs. Great people and atmosphere. Ask for Mark he runs the place. The hunt area is just north of Cherry Ridge hunting club.

Check out majestic oaks. They specialize in catering to people who have clients they want to bring. They serve a great cajun meal the night before breakfast in the morning and if u want lunch they xan do that also. They use Polaris Rangers and bring you to and from the blind. Pretty much a tennis shoe hunt. Let me know if you need a number.

Never tried any of those but blus is good ppl and great caller but the bad is I think they don't take as much pride in the hunt part as what these others seek like they do. Jared Adams is good ppl and I'm sure his lodge is still in action and he's murking birds. And he can fish decent 2. Lol ... He a beast!!!

Scott has a lot of spread out property also. When one place might get slow he's got birds somewhere else. They have been burning the specks pretty hard.

I made two hunts during teal season with Cajunhunt.com or Cajun Wildlife Adventures. The only thing these guys had going for them was that they had a lot of birds, I would not suggest taking sports with this guide. Last season I hunted a Blind near one of their blinds in Lake Arthur, and the area stays stacked with geese, but not so much for ducks.

Doug's In Klondike!
Good hunting and they got a jam up cook over there, my dad takes all his clients there and they really enjoy themselves plus one of our SC members should be back in the blind and guiding there for the second split!

Cajunhunt.com changed their name from Cajun Wildlife Aventures because of numerous bad reports on this and LA Sportsmans forums. The guy who owns/runs the operation is a real boob, he has fleeced many an unsuspecting hunter. Stay Away from them at all cost. Scott Richie and Dougs are your best bets.
