Anyone have any experience with Burris Red dot speed bead for shot gun?

Never used one but they look pretty bad a z z. They pretty expensive though. Like $300 I believe. Duck commander used to use them on Duckmen TV on Outdoor Channel when they actually still hunted on their show.

I have one on a sbe2 and it's ok. Works well. I must not have mine dialed in though case I miss more with it than I did with the regular sight. Lol

I like it on your gun because it gives me more birds to shoot at with all your misses! hahaha:smokin:

A shotgun is not aimed, it is pointed. Having a sight on it will distract you from the target. I have several shotguns that don't even have a bead including my main duck hunting shotgun. Not necessary for wing shooting. Now if you are wanting it for turkey hunting where you aim more than point then I can see getting something like that.

This is true. I never use my bead.

I have guns with no bead also. Just point and shoot.
