How long does it take to get a replacement Social Security Card? and what place around the Lafayette area?

About two weeks. You can print out the new card application off of their website and bring it to the SSA office. Not sure where it is in Lafayette though. They have maps on their website to help you with that.

It's located on Corporation Blvd just get off from Pinhook Rd at the light. Iberia Bank is behind where SSA office is.

I did mine on the phone and she e-mailed me a letter to use untill the hard copy got mailed to me.
