2 boys 2 bikes

Thanks to your generosity 3 teens and 2 twins brothers age 7 received some outstanding Christmas gifts today on the west side. After all the shopping was done yesterday, the crew had money leftover. The twin boys had come to my attention from a close friend. They were sharing a starter bike which had been out grown by several years. My wife and I made a great purchase from Capitol cyclery next to McDonald's on two red bikes along with matching helmets. With extra money in hand, I hit target for Legos, nerf guns and candy. Next we were off to market basket for snacks and fruit for their stockings.
Made the delivery at 5 to a small wood frame house no bigger than my living room. Both boys were peeking out the window after we stopped and didn't open the door even after we knocked. The red bikes were hidden behind a bush in the yard so they would have to come outside. They were reserved at first but the red bikes had them smiling when we told them they were for them. The wife wrapped all 14 presents and boxed along with Santa hats full of candy and McDonald's gift cards. We stayed too long and I'm not sure what we did will make a difference 5 years from now but I know tomorrow morning it will.

Merry Christmas Friends

Guys at the end of the day I am very proud to be the owner of this site. I am honored to be a very small part of what we have going on here with our members at saltycajun. You all went above and beyond.

When it's all over, really over, no one will remember how many fish, deer, ducks or toys we had. The selfless acts of kindness we show towards others everyday will be our legacy. My Christmas wish for my Salty Cajun friends is to have a Tank full of "Patience", "Goodwill" and "kindness" in 2013!

God Bless,

The Little's
