Just My Luck

Pulled in to the office after lunch to the sound of hissing. Bent down to see a nice sized hole in my tire. Took it to the tire shop down the street and they said the tires we too ate up to patch and I needed new ones:pissed:. He was right, but this $h!t sucks!! So much for the projects I had on the drawing table, they gonna have to wait now .

Tires ain't pretty, they don't smell good, but you gotta have em. Might as well get them where they're the cheapest.

Love that old Allied Discount Tire commercial.

Allied tire on johnston is almost always the cheapest

Think I went to the most expensive one in Lafayette, but they've always had the best service out of all the ones I've dealt with.

I started using Allied and the price is damn good and the service is even better IMO

Winmill in new Iberia is cheap cheap on nittos... I searched a 100 mile radius and they beat everyone out the gate on Toyo and Nitto. Allied in Broussard matched them and they are real close, super nice and even fixed my flat on my trailer for free... So I like me some allied.

I had trail grapplers on mine and got a little over 50k on them. My BIL is still driving with them on his F150. I rotate and balance every oil change/5k miles. They were 10 ply though, yours might not have been.

My wife is the biggest penny pincher around! Every time we buy tires she calls every tire shop in Baton Rouge to find the cheapest tire and then calls allied and they always beat them by 10%.

I had hankooks on my last truck. They were good tires. 60,000 miles on them bad boys when I sold the truck. My new truck has good years on it and I can't stand them. Might try some coopers out next.
