Why wouldn't it pass in the state of Wyoming? Wyoming as a state has the right to it's borders.

Every Red state should adopt and pass a similar law.

Come on Louisiana.......

It has to go through Congress and then Obama has to sign it on order to become law. I just read the article on it and was disappointed when I saw that part.

Not entirely. Federal law always takes preference. The War of Northern Aggression settled that issue.

I heard last night on the news that Texas is proposing 2 laws.

1. guarantee the right to own guns for Texas residents
2. make it a crime to do anything in contradiction with #1
