The Bend on Tuesday
 

Well it was a short drive to the Sabine or an early mornin to housen bay. Toledo won.

Slow tough day and I never really figured it out...caught a handful that woulda made a nice bag of fish...4 went nearly 12 lbs. one kicker and it woulda been decent. Jerkbait, swimjig, swim bait, crig...u name it. Musta just hit em on the nose a few times!

Someone else with a deeper bag of tricks and more experience coulda done better....obviously. But glad I went, my dad caught his biggest so far. 4lbs on the nose. Can't figure out how to post pics but she was pretty, feisty and egged up!

Waitin for warmer water!
