I couldn't stand it any longer. I had to get a fix. The rivers been too muddy and weather not right to fish BL out of my boat. So I went and hit my brothers pond. I caught and released about a dozen or so bream. Quit counting bass at 20. Had 2 females in the 3 to 4# range full of eggs and lost count on 1 to 1 1/2 # males and one sac au lait. I was using an ultra light spinning combo with 6# line. What a blast. I had a huge bass break off. It kept jumping out the water after she broke off. Wish I had a go pro. I went thru 4 dozen shinners in about 2 hours then the rain hit.
