Thats pretty awesome!

Asterisk-Rich 03-20-2013 12:17 PM

What size engine does that thing have? It looks like it would be pretty awesome with a surface drive!

DUCKGOGETTER 03-20-2013 12:21 PM

That's sweet!!!

OhSoEasy 03-20-2013 12:26 PM

That little boat is pretty sweet. I wonder how stable it is to have that platform.

They normally run 9.9's but I've seen them with 20's and up on Microskiff. This one has a 40... http://www.microskiff.com/cgi-bin/ya...1360603941/4#4

Check out this IPB for sale with a 27 mudbuddy. http://www.microskiff.com/cgi-bin/ya...num=1363614904

That's an LT25. I had one like that with a mercury 25 4-stroke. Ran about 35mph. Really fun boat.

RAGINJROB 03-20-2013 05:03 PM

Think it had a 20hp 2-stroke. Fun little boat.

Bdub 03-20-2013 08:39 PM

That thing is nice! Very stable little boats and they float super shallow. Swamp snorkler whats ur username on Microskiff?

I guess it shouldn't go any faster since its a glorified canoe. I'd love to have one

bmac 03-21-2013 02:42 PM

Oh it was a blast. 35 felt plenty fast in that boat. It was a blast cutting donuts in it. If I had a money tree in my backyard I would have held onto it.

Yeah they cool but not that cool for the price....the one in the pic is 10k

Bdub 03-21-2013 05:22 PM

You can pick up a used gheenoe for 500$...not too bad, as for new price I agree I'd rather buy a larger boat

flounder_smacker 03-21-2013 06:05 PM
