Hit the water saturday morning and headed to a couple spots looking for some action. Got there and found clean water, fished one spot with no luck, made a move to another area and caught a couple nice trout. I noticed bait action picking up so i moved that way. Picked up a limit of reds 3 flounder and a nice 3 1/4 trout also.
I let one flounder go then ripped up the gills on another de-hooking it so decided to keep the one after that. Also didnt keep any reds.

Also that afternoon me and ol lady met another couple and went crabbin at sabine refuge, we missed alot bc of water clarity but still caught a couple dozen. Nothin compared to where we crab in grand chenier but was alotta fun with good friends.
