Texas Turkey Hunt 4/13
 

Bagged 2 Thunder Chickens at our lease near Paint Rock, TX. I saw 14 birds sat am and over 20 sat pm. Not the biggest birds I have ever killed but certainly as much fun!

Nice, I probably won't be able to make a hunt because my son is playing baseball also his turkey he got last season is ready to pickup from the taxidermist

Nice birds , bow hunted paint work for 15 years on Sampson Cattle Company Ranch.

In your opinion what is the best time to turkey hunt that area. Reason I ask is a friend of mine hunted Brady, Tx last weekend, saw very few gooblers and ranch hand told them they were about 6 weeks late for prime time around there.
