On board chargers
What do most of yall do when it comes to battery charging? Do you plug in the chargers the night before a morning fishing trip? Or do you plug I'm when you return from a trip and unplug before you head out? Just wondering which is better

When I return and head out.
This is supposed to lengthen the life of the battery when you maintain a full charge on it.

So no problem leaving it plugged in for a week or 2?

as long as it's a on board style trickle charger / maintainer no... i pretty much leave mine hooked up permanently.

I have been leaving the charger hooked up all the time for the last 6+ years. I did this for 2 different batteries and did not get any different "life" from the batteries I got from Battery Warehouse.
