Gonna make a trip down there.....
 

Planning on making a trip to Lake Charles area to do a little night fishing this weekend one night (friday or saturday depending on call rate from Fire Dept, etc). Im looking to expand my spots. Anyone know where you can fish from the bank (because I dont have a boat) or wharf for a few hours. Not looking to slaughter fish, just want to get out of the house and town for a few hours. I will be coming from DeRidder to fish. Any help other than lake charles seawall or calcasieu point or ellenders bridge would be appreciated. Dont want anything free, if someone wants to "rent" their dock to me for a night, I will gladly pay a reasonable amount to fish there if needed.
