Day 1 - Los Suenos near Jaco Costa Rica
 

Down here with son on graduation trip. Hooked 6 sailfish today, brought 4 to the boat, these were the first two. Caught on ballyhoo after teased with pink squid daisy chain, ribbon fish umbrella rig and green skirted whirly bird. We had 4 lines lines out baited with ballyhoo along with the 3 teasers. Not a vuuduu shrimp on the boat.

Another boat boated 8 sails today along with 3 blue marlin. It was crazy. I'll post more pics later. Yellow fin jumping all around but couldn't hook a one. We were about 25 miles out.

Tomorrow - marlin run in morning then an afternoon snapper and grouper run for dinner. Attachment 50484Attachment 50485Attachment 50486

Sweet senior trip!

Yep the last one. After 18 years (grade school, high school and college) between him and his sister, me and Sweetie are done paying tuition.

Haha I ve been to Los suenos... Is the hook up still there? Go to Jaco...:)

I was there in November beautiful place. No sails for us. Nice fish.
