Last year we were both doing pretty good on the catfish out of Lowery but this year I haven't seen you post about it. Are you fishing any around there? If so are you catching? I have gone and caught 2 then 12 and 4 today. Way off of what I was catching last year at this time. The lady at Myers told me that not to many are being caught.
Maybe the high water in January has something to do with it? Next time I will try Lil Prairie.

Only went a couple times and it wasn't that great. I live in Broussard now and it's a little bit more of a haul than I'm used too, plus my boat stays at my parents in moss bluff due to no room at my house. I'll be headed to Toledo bend tomorrow but I'll probably do more beer drinking than setting out lines. Sucks to hear you ain't doing good on them, I chalked it up to weather not being right yet bc I went early but if you still ain't doin good I don't know what the deal is. Then again I ain't no expert at catching fish. I'm looking forward to squeezing on a few frogs in a few weeks.
