Bean bags for boats
Ok, what is good and what is garbage? I rode out in some chop yesterday and sat in one, so nice. Now thinking of getting some for my boat and especially for the kids, bay boats don't have kid friendly seats.

I have a couple of cheap ones from wal mart I use when I head offshore. They actually work pretty good and they have held up for one summer so far.

The "Marine" ones are around 150$ if I'm not mistaken..i could be wrong. West marine has em

Search this on thehulltruth. There is a guy on there that sells them and they get really good reviews.

Too bad those comfy bags couldn't help us with putting fish in the box, huh RK3? Check out e-searider.com. They were kid tested and approved at home by my 2 year old, prior to their maiden voyage on Sunday. Along the lines of comfort, I've used the walmart bags for a while and they are garbage compared to these.

Thanks Hightower. The bags sure made the light boat ride home comfy. I bet 300lbs of fish in the box would have help smooth it out.

Got the west marine flyer in the mail today, they are 99.00

I have a set of these, Wife and kids love them, now I just need to get another boat so I can get back to using them... We use around the house also.
