Lowrance users?
 

I have the hds 7 touch w structure scan. I mainly fish salt water.

What color palette are u guys using for the fishfinder and side/down scan imaging? Which one do u find looks/works better..

I mainly use the brown for structure scan... Im still playing around with the colors palette for the fish finder\depthfinder.. also playing with the sensitivity settings in fush finder mode.
The Manual says use the white palette for the fish finder but..

I use palette 3. in the manual it is listed as 2. the numbering in the manual is 0,1,2. when you are setting the unit it is 1,2,3.

I have one Alphaman, but I am having some problems with mine. It might be operator error, might not be, not sure yet. If you head to big lake soon let me know I will bring mine down there so you can tell me if I am doing something wrong.

Which unit do u have? Ill be there sat. Fishing a lil tournament with inchspinner and longcast

IM GOOD

I have a HDS, I think they are on the factory settings. Played with several and they seemed to be the best.

That said, I think people's vision varies, hence the different palettes. Play with it until you find one that works.

I put the HDS 7 and 10 on my bassboat. I have the structure scan and love it.
