Pond Yakkin

Caught this bass in the pond behind my house Saturday morning. I haven't had my boat for a few weeks, the block is at DHP. (DHP was recently slowed down due to a mechanic getting hit by a car. I hope he has a speedy recovery) Sure felt good to hook on to something!! It was also my first time catching anything from a yak....it was awesome!

sweeet that kinda looks like the pond off of ham reid rd. The style of houses and land look similar atleast.

I'm sure you got some looks from the neighbors... Nice catch!

This is off of Ham Reid. My fiance and I live off of Ham Reid...Multi-colored town homes.

Residents only?

Duffy.yyz 06-10-2013 12:27 PM

Yeah, It's not a very big pond. You may want to try the big pond closer to Lake St. They were draining it to dig it deeper and people were catching real nice sac-a-lait.

I took my neighbors yak out of his garage. He is in Florida, and my boat is in the shop! lol I couldn't take it anymore.

I've had more fun in my kayak than I have in the bay boat! Gas is much cheaper too! Lol.
