Brad Vincent Question

I have tried to find the reef south of Comm Point about the center of the lake and was unable to find it. Not sure if I went enough South.

Are there marker buoys still on it?
What color are they?
If you cut across the lake from one of the weirs will you see it and which one?

Unfortunately I do not have a GPS in my small boat but would like to check it out.

Thanks

Got several huge floats on them, think 6 total. Very big floats with cleats on top to tie to. Cannot miss it if you were close to it. Try putting coordinates on Google earth to get a ball park area of where to look.

Can not miss it. I fished around it today but only caught a couple dinks.

Draw an imaginary line from Hebert's to the washout or the northern pass to West Cove. That should put you in line with it. I think maybe you were looking too far South or East.

+1

Wind, tide and currents are convenient for all locations too. I have used it for toledo bend, grand isle, vbay, BL, and Cocodrie - great app.

I hit that reef twice and didn't pick up a fish Saturday... I had better luck just drifting in the middle of the lake and stumbling across fish
