My laptop crashed today and I lost all the order forms and request for order forms that I had gotten. Please email me at jsavoie1@camtel.net if you did not receive what you asked for or if you sent a filled out form in the last 3 days.

Yes, got PM's.

I apparently have some bad sectors on my hard drive and it is messing up. I was able to get it back running, not sure for how long though.
