Boat wrap are paint?

I've been looking around at all kind of boats down by Grand Isle and Port Fourchoun. I need your guys experience with painting are just going with a boat wrap. Mine is getting a little dull and wanting a new look. Is there any placing around the lafayette area, or I have to bring my boat to Florida, Just curious.

If it is a fiberglass boat def. go with the wrap, painting gel coat is a losing battle.
