Channel fishing

What do you look for when trying to find fish on the channel?

Look for a reef, an irregularity in the bottom, cut?

How deep you normally fish???

Just curious and may help some of us that can't catch out...

I guess since I finally caught a limit of trout I can give advice?! Mullet drop offs reef material on or near drop off had yielded me success

Don't see why u are asking when there are already 100 boats out there on the channel piled up around rocks. Just go out and look for someone catching, then roll up with big motor and drop anchor...these are big lake basics.
