Used some leftover roast from the 4th and to make a little hash for breakfast this morning. Dropped a few eggs and into the oven until they were ready. The egg yoke turned out a little harder than I like, but my taste buds didn't seem to mind. Even the youngin sat down long enough to polish off his plate. Thanks for the inspiration SigNate! Lol
