My little girls first birthday today. Got some ribs on the smoker since early this morn and some specks on a gravy.

Post a picture of the smoker you have. I'm about to build a new one. Just don't know what I want yet. I have a horizontal now. Thinking about doing another horozontal reverse flow with a square fire box and warmer on top.

I was fixing to ask him the same question, mine is getting old and I want a thicker one, been looking at the ones that academy has, not sure on what to get yet.

Good thing Mr. Warren was there to show you how to cook all that!

Top Dawg 07-06-2013 07:40 PM

He wishes he was here!

I decided to stay home and cook myself! One day you'll learn how to cook like me and not claim Mr. Warren's cooking!

You were just afraid of the tenderness of my ribs. I see what y'all did in Toledo bend with my doves when I left y'all alone with em.

Nice smoker, like the design.

HaHa...You know you can't leave Ryan alone to cook! He's as good at cooking as Shawn is at washers!

It does really well. I kept it on about 200 degrees today for about 4 hours then took the ribs off and finished them on the pit. It does good on jerky and Tasso too.

latravcha 07-06-2013 10:34 PM

I like it.
How big is that cook chamber
