Need sills and beams replaced

Ok Moms 70+ year old house has some sills and beams that are in real bad shape. We contacted a few people and for the most part they are not interested in doing the work. They refer us to a cousins brother in laws sisters friend who does work on the side. Yeah no thanks. House is in Roanoke, It's a small house who would you guys recommend. Will work on some pics if anyone interested.

That's not going to be an easy job. I can see why no one wants to do it. How high is house off the ground?

I would guess 1 1/2 foot at edge . I'm a good size and have to scrape a little trench to get under but plenty of room after get under .
