Wanted to introduce myself and say hello to the SC community. Been in south Louisiana (jeanerette) for 20 something years before joining the Army for the past 9 years. I am in the process of getting out this week. Going to stay in Deridder since the family and I really like the area.
After looking for info about BL area I stumbled on this site and have not left since. I am a member of a few other sites but this one is by far the best of them all! Anyways I look forward to being a member a meeting other members around the area. If you see a white and dark blue bullet with a MERC on back say hello. I have been using Hebert's landing for BL and fish Vernon and Toledo a lot.

FISHFIGHTER, yes I am the same person from AC Fishing, and yes sir I am still catching my fair share. BL is new to me but I did manage two trips and both were good trips.
Thanks to everyone on the warm welcome! I am in a transition right now so planning and scheduling is going to be difficult for a lil' while.
