How much fuel do you burn on a regular fishing trip? What kind of boat you running? Rpm? Also how many mile would you drive on that one trip?

35 to 60 gallons per trip
70 to 120 miles round trip
Average 2 mpg with running and trolling time.

I usually burn between 11-20 gallons on a trip. Most RPM's on trip between 5500-6500. No idea of distance but running from Hebert's to the far south of BL and back I burn about 10 gallons. Average speed about 60-65mph.

210 Frontier, 150 Yamaha 4 stroke, 3800 - 4200 RPM, 30 - 36 MPH,about 10 - 14 gallons a trip and I burn about 10 gallons an hour.

burned about 40 gallons in 110 miles last time I filled up my tank running about 4000 rpm in a good chop 24 ft Triton LTS with a Suzuki 250. Also had my engine running from 7 am till 330 pm that day cause we were offshore.

19' Hanko with Honda 150 4 stroke. Normal big lake trip can be about 45 miles of running. Usually around 10 - 12 gallons. Somewhere around 4 miles per gallon. 4,000 - 5,000 rpm, 35-40 mph.

19ft custom aluminum bay boat with a 2008 90 e-tec normally around 4000 or 4500 ran 52 miles on 8 gallons of gas. Also trawl from about 6:30-3:30 burn about 8 gallons maybe 9 while trawling 1500 rpm running in burns the most gas of the trip.

6-8 GPH 3500-3600 RPM. 70 gallon single tank usually 120 miles or so for a Cocodrie outside island speckled trout weekend Worth every penny!

22' Blazer Bay 150hp 4stroke Yamaha. Run 3300 to 3800 RPM's Probably run 40 to 60 miles total all weekend and usually burn 8 to 10 gallons.

40 tohatsu tldi last two trips ran 46 miles burned 5.5 gallons. Runnin wot.

40hp Merc ported/polished/60 carbs. 3/4 throttle 40mph with an occasional wot@52mph I get about 6-7mpg
