We usually fish trout but with the West winds and dirty water it was another red and bass catching day. We got delayed first thing this morning and had to wait for the storms to clear out. Arriving at our first stop we started slinging in a few nice bass right away. Continuing our drift, the redfish bonanza started. Double, triple, double, etc...We put 11 reds in the boat in about ten minutes. The bite continued as the box filled to the top. Couple more bass were added and it was time to move. We went scout a few more holes without success. Matrix Shad on gold spinners and without spinners did the trick as they do everyday down in Dularge. Everyone had a blast reeling in all the fish. Good times again on the big Bluewave. Thanks Toby for the continued business. Capt. Marty LaCoste 985-856-4477 www.absolutefishingcharters.com |
Nice mix bag there.

Marty, we milked your hole saturday morning with Capt Elton. Fishing was tough with the winds, but we picked up a few. Great trip and pics.
