Fillet some of the specks from yesterday's catch when I got back home and decided to try something different, melted some butter and BBQ sauce (honey/garlic) seasoned and threw it on the Pitt. Have to say it was very tasty!! Anybody try this before?Attachment 54133

I BBQ them but I have a pan for made for BBQing fish it has a bunch of hole in it. I usually put melted butter and a bit of blackening seasoning or Tony's. Comes out nice. Your way looks good too.

I have a friend that cooks them just like that. He uses butter and Tiger sauce
