Deer and Ducks

Anyone here have experience with duck and deer hunting in Morehouse Parish? I have a chance to get in a lease there and do not know the quality of hunting in that area. Thanks in advance for any input!

I am from Monroe and hunted there a good bit. There are some awesome duck blinds and there are some garholes as well. What area?
Deer hunting is typically pretty good, big deer up there
