I used to have one (but it only shot up to 3" shells) and would use it every now and then and never had any issues. I put about 3-4 boxes of shells thru it. However, I traded it in for a pump (super nova). I still question myself on why I did that.

the m3000 shoots 2 and 3/4 and the 3500 shoots 2 & 1/4" to 3.5". Going to take it out this evening and shoot some skeet. Get it ready got duck season.

The one I had shot 2-3/4 and 3". It did not shoot 3-1/2". I know for sure it shot 3" because that is what I shoot 99% of the time at ducks if not I shoot 3-1/2". I do not even own a box of 12ga, 2'3/4" steel.

I got one last year. It kicks almost as bad as my old old Ithica featherlight pump !!
Dont understand why the slide is so light .. seems like a stiffer spring would help with felt recoil.

Took it out yesterday and shot over 100 rds. Kicks 1/2 of what my 870 pump did. Not one jam up. Seems it doesnt cycle on "low recoil" 2 and 3/4" shells. I put the recoil reducer in the butt stock just because. Havent shot it yet with it in. Very nice gun. Patterns well. Well worth the $650
