Anyone up for a diving/spearfishing trip tomorrow??? ?Probably out of Pecan Island.. We 'll be going my on my 24' triton..

Weather looks good.. Seas should be 1-2'.

I can get the tanks rented and filled tonight.. Nitrox or air..

I been wanting to get certified so I can go spearfishing just havent gotten around to it yet

Doing it on air is fun...but nothing feels more surreal than free dive spearfishing to me.

Its something I am definitely interested in in the future, I only have 5 dives under my belt so Id like to get some more dives in before I get a speargun involved. Ill add you to my contacts

Mask, Fins, Snorkel, BC, Regulator, Gauages, Dive Computer. Weights.. U looking around $1,500- $2000..

That's not spear guns, tanks, and little accessories like safety noodles, reels, stringer for fish etc..

For New Spearguns U can send up to $1500 on a top of the line band gun.. But U can get some nice mid price guns for $250-500..I have 2 nice pneumatics.. I can shoot snaps and ling, and smaller AJ. with.

Tank rental is about $14 for air and 20 for Nitrox..

It's not a cheap sport.. But U can always Shoot them if they ain't biting..
