Lake Charles area Fur Buyers
 

Anyone know of somebody in the Lake Charles area that buys animal pelts, preferably still on the carcass so I don't have to skin them? Im not looking to get rich, just gonna run a little trap line with my boy this winter and need somewhere to bring the hides.

Or if one of ya'll knows how to case skin pelts, you could buy em from me for hardly nothing on the carcass, skin and sell to a real fur buyer for a decent profit

Not sure if anyone buys furs anymore.

Several buyers in the distant area. James credeur in Jennings was buying as recent as 3 years ago. Cowboy Wendell nunez is in Perry, La but travels near lake charles. Also a buyer in oakdale that I hear gives good prices.
