Pathfinder 22v

New to the site here! been following for a couple years just dont post. Lots of good info. Heres my concern.
Looking at buying a used pathfinder 22v 2001 model with a 09 yamaha f150 with 141 hours. rigged out with power poll, 80# motor guide, trim tabs, lowrance hds7m,batteries with onboard charger, fusion stereo, sea star hydraulic steering, tandem axle trailer. sure im forgetting something else.
ive been looking, mostly online for a bay boat simular to this one, but havent actualy went out and looked at any. what are some things i should look for as i am new to fiberglass boats (never owned one).
How well do these boats hold up. i know it mostly depends on who or how it was taken care of. The boat im looking at looks to be in real good shape for its age im just worried about the age of it.
any info is appreciated.
thanks

I've heard they are real good boats. I know the newer ones are built with a composite material instead of wood. Are the older ones the same. Can't find any info on it. This boat would replace my 16ft homade aluminum v hull. I'm ready for a bigger boat!

Yep, no wood.
