Spanish?
Anybody got any good recipes for Spanish mackerel? Heard they were oily. Thinking about grilling em.

If you like the basic taste of mackerel (I think they are awesome), keep it simple as Clampy suggested.
If you don't like strong flavored fish, there are some tips and techniques out there to make 'em milder, but I don't use them 'cause I like 'em to taste like mackerel. Wish I caught more.

Fresh caught..same day cooked Spanish is delicious and not oily...grill it ...butter,seasoning and a squeeze of lemon
