Has there been any talk of Salty Cajun Christmas for this year? This is me volunteering for the West side or to do whatever needs to be done!:)

Hey there! Yeah, with it being almost November already(I can't believe it!), it's about time to get the ball rolling. I'll get with "Chicken" in the next week or so and, see about getting everything rolling.

The SC Christmas drive the last couple of years has made me a very humble person and Really made me want to step up my game To help those in true need.
Corey has been a big help in making that happen!
He has been using his big smoker for charity functions and he has graciously allowed me to be a part of this. Like a wise man once said . Giving back is the second best feeling you can have Second only to watching your kids being born.
Once we get the ball rolling on the 2113 Christmas drive ,everyone needs to understand. No donation is to big or to small.
Corey , You know my situation at home, I will still make the Christmas dinner for the east side family, and will pledge the first $100.

I remember shopping and preparing the gifts for last year. I'll be able to do the same on my weeks off.

Corey, once you get stuff set up and we get the ball rolling, I am up to help whenever I can.

Southern - can we start accepting suggestions for families? I've never been a part of that process but my mother in law would like to submit for a family that she knows of.

Bridgette, don't think there would be a problem with getting names now. Will have to figure out which ones will be the families that receive stuff.

If you know of a family, privately, let it be known. There is no committee on who gets to be a family. We just need a family in need. Any input is appreciated.
