House Purchase
After 3 years of shopping We finally have one under contract!!!! Who would have thought so much went into buying a house..... Now it's time to hit the woods and relax..... Hoping to close by the end of the month!

congrats man ... we've been in our house for 3 years this month, and we were first time homeowners ... that was a good feeling

Congrats ! We just went thru this, been in the new house three weeks and finally going fishing in the morning :D
Amazing how much time and energy it will consume fixing up one while building another ...
