Saturday was great all 3 blinds killed plenty ducks, 55 ducks total.. Sunday was a bit slower, 1-blind killed 24, 1-blind killed 11, and 1- blind had 4 or 5. How did the rest of you guys in GC do???

And Ellie picked up 36 ducks, this is her first season. She will be 1yr at the end of the month.

Our lease killed 4 man limits both days. Mostly greys with teal, mottled ducks, pintail, and a few redheads.

Good job guys. Think duck go getter did fairly well on that end as well

Hunting was very good in GC south of the Church. Four hunters limited both days in short order. Mostly teal w/ a few greys mixed in.

I hunt a few miles west of white lake. It was the poorest opening weekend I can remember. Saturday my blind got 8, one blind got 18, and the other two got 5 or six each. Sunday my blind got 2, my brothers got 2, one blind got 6, and the other 9. Fewest birds I can remember seeing for the opener. Hope it turns around quick:help:

We about had the same luck. 2 blinds took out 6 ducks. We saw a ton, just most were on a mission, and that mission was not our ponds. On a better note, my cousin got to shoot his first duck ever and all of the aggravating the wife with the duck calls paid off. I actually got a few birds to decoy!

Also, my wife's grandpa made his last hunt ever. His old body just couldn't take it anymore. He couldn't even shoulder his shotgun. He took it in stride and said that he'll just stick with fishing.

Stopped by to visit Henry, behind you guys saturday afternoon. We were going to stop and say hello, but no one was outside. I'm at work today, but a few of the guys hunted today and did well.

Had as many as 6 ducks down at a time. She would deliver to hand and turn around ready to go back for the rest. She was into it pretty heavy!!
