Anyone know if riceland offers any replacement parts for their spec calls? Don't know when or where but I lost my soundboard wedge and reed. Probably my fault I've tuned it myself several times. I tried calling James and emailing Bill with no response.

Yea if it's a poly they sent me a new one with acrylic gut. Happens to the best. I called them the other day with no answer

Talk about awesome service. I drove out to the riceland shop yesterday. Bill gave me a new set of acrylic guts (free of charge) and tuned my call for me. Great people and great service.
